I am tired of losing over my will power every single day. I am tired of not getting this right. So, I start again. Try again. Till I get this done.
From tomorrow:
- Morning run
- Evening workout with Nike training
- No breakfast
- Lunch will be chilla and sabji or daal. No rice this week.
- Pre workout will be smoothie with eggs
- Dinner will be salad or soup
Weigh in will be next Monday.
